i dont play RS anymore but when i did i would buy a lot of oak logs from GE and turn them into planks, turning them into planks i think costs 100 coins, then sell them at GE as planks. im not sure if it will work because when i did it you could sell oak planks for like 250ea. the price may have dropped i dont know though.
