I frequently carry 6 people in my Buick in comfort. And these are hefty adults. You will have a problem in a car designed to hold only four or five people, There will be a tight fit. Also, in a smaller car if you go over even a medium size bump the car may ';bottom out'; giving people in the back a bump in the bottom.Their springs are not up to the load.
i will answer this ?? in a legal perspective. well i am not sure where you live but here in colorado and most places that i know of, there is only thing you might get in trouble for.
if you are speeding or breaking other road rules and the cop pulls you over - the person whos not wearing a belt might get a ticket. but this is only a secondary offense, meaning the cop cant just pull you over and do a head count unless you look like you are transporting people over the boarder lol.

As long as you have proper seats and seat belts for each passenger, there is no problem, but if you're trying to stuff 6 people in a 4-passenger car, then you're going to find out what the consequences are fairly soon.
Well people would be really squished together and wouldnt be comfortable. Its is pretty likely it will happen because you asked a question about it.
what are u talking about?? unless there is a problem of some sort nothing will happen....might not b the most comfortable situation but nothing wrong with it........
