What is the best way to deal with a best friend interested in me?

I have a friend I've had forever. She's an incredible girl, but I'm not interested in pursuing a relationship with her. She's started to hint that she likes me as more than a friend. I really don't want to lose her as a best friend, but I don't know how to say no to her without it making a dent in our friendship. What do you suggest?
