How much more does someone weigh in the afternoon compared to the morning?

Some say you way 2-4 pounds less in the morningHow much more does someone weigh in the afternoon compared to the morning?
This likely occurred on my light workout day. When I squat the planet Earth, the momentum can cause slight, temporary changes in the weight of objects. At least that's what I usually tell people when they ask. I don't have time to read books when that time could be devoted to making these muscle-mountains even huger, amirite? How much more does someone weigh in the afternoon compared to the morning?
That's reasonable. In the morning, you have an empty stomach and minimal hydration, so you're weighing mostly just your body mass. In the afternoon, you've got food in your stomach (and food has weight) as well as more water throughout your body (and water also has weight).

The important thing to remember is that this extra weight is not making you look fatter. Being well-hydrated isn't going to make you look fat even though it makes you two pounds heavier according to the scale.
I don't think there would be a significant difference, you could try weigh yourself to find out. Weight does fluctuate but it doesn't follow a daily rhythm, unlike other things like blood pressure and hormones.

In the morning we often have a lower bosy mass index, but that is because we are slightly taller since the spine is rehydrated at night
If you have difficulties with weight do what I did - try acai berry. If you have the desire to lose weight its superfood qualities help plenty - however those same qualities in addition help those who are trying to bulk up. Awesome! There's a free trial happening currently at http://benuts.yourtotaldiet.info , try it out, how worse could it make things?
