How to keep in touch with high school friends?

my best friend is going to college next year and I'm afraid we'll lose our friendship. He says he will try to visit me as much as he can, but he is taking a lot of classes next year = busy schedule. i'm afraid we won't be able to talk much %26amp; won't be able to relate to each other %26amp; then we'll become distant.





I can't hang out much on weekends b/c I do have my own work to do too. I hate losing friends, don't you?! how can i prevent this from happening?How to keep in touch with high school friends?
